Ok I made that up. But its very applicable. The last post was six weeks ago….YIKES!! I do have some photos to jog the time between then and now and then I will be back later today (maybe tomorrow morning if I’m being honest) with a chalkboard and questionnaire update. Look at me making promises I can’t keep I’m going to follow through with!

Week 11 @ Apple Hill gathering our pumpkins!!
Week 13!
We headed down to Monterey to spend a few nights celebrating our first year of marriage!! We had such an AMAZING time whale watching, hanging out on the beach and eating some yummy food!! (check out the fierce redness of that manly beard coming in!)
Week 14 Ultrasound!!
We participated in a nurse’s training for Alpha Pregnancy, a wonderful service for woman in Solano County who need a little guidance and assistance. The staff was INCREDIBLE! So sweet and very helpful. We got to spend over an hour watching our bean stretch kick and roll around. It was crazy to see the babe so active and still not be able to feel anything. At one point the baby stretched its arm out, opened its hand and then scratched it’s nose. We all about died of cuteness overload in that moment! If you or a friend is looking for support and is pregnant or even with a new baby I highly suggest Alpha Pregnancy, they are located in Vacaville on Orchard in the Food Fair shopping center.
Week 15 @ the Christmas Tree Farm!!
Heading out to Silveyville has become one of our favorite holiday traditions!! Maybe its the free apple cider and popcorn, or Santa that drives a sled around the farm, or just the overall Christmas spirit that you can’t help but be overwhelmed with when you’re there. Needless to say we are so so so excited to take our bean with us next year!! I love seasonally festive activities!!
We went with our neighbors Ashley Cody and their 2 year old Cash, who is so much fun! Ashley is due at any moment with their second baby, a sweet baby girl! We took this moment to pose with a baby tree sign 🙂 they are our future!
And one last picture! At 15 weeks the baby is about the size of a naval orange so OF COURSE I found a naval orange tree and posed with one
I am officially wearing maternity clothes on a regular basis, thanks to our healthy growing baby. And this week I am really transitioning from the “are you pregnant?” questions to the “when are you due?” My belly has a long way to grow but its feeling a lot more like a real bump now! My doctor said I would probably start to feel some movement this week, and I may have felt a few flutters I’m not 100% sure yet but I am greatly anticipating feeling the first real movements! I have a few more updates to share but I will hold off until the next chalkboard update!! I will say we are getting EXTREMELY close to finding out the gender of the bean, any one have any guesses?
